Train-the-Trainer Program
The train-the-trainer program focuses on how to conduct a course and how to perform the administrative tasks. There is set of operating standards which address how to set up the classroom, the projector, the projection screen, how to teach the materials, how to manage time, how to engage the students, how to conduct workshops, how to administer tests, etc.
There is also a set of operating standards on how to coordinating with the hosts, managing student sign-in sheets, dealing with absences/late arrivals/early departures, obtaining student evaluations, grading tests, assigning grades, and forwarding the completed materials.
An individual that holds CMII certification may complete the train-the-trainer program by participating in the six-course certification series a second time. Through this repeat session the student gains a better understanding of the course materials and also monitors how the instructor conducts the course and performs the administrative tasks.
If the results are satisfactory, the newly trained trainer is provided with their own set of operating standards and granted permission to begin conducting the courses.
